01. About these terms
These terms apply to roqevantrix.com and purchases of Roroqevantrix digital learning materials. Read the course description, these terms and the refund policy before ordering. The seller’s identity and contact details are provided on the Contact page before sales open. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
02. Course scope and format
Courses are written digital materials in English, delivered as PDF files or download links, with the worksheets listed on the relevant course page. A device capable of reading PDF files, an email address and an internet connection for delivery are required. No physical goods are shipped. Unless a course page expressly states otherwise, live tuition, hosted labs, software licenses, accreditation, examinations and future editions are not included.
03. Prices and orders
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are one-time amounts, not subscriptions. Any applicable taxes and the complete amount payable must be shown before you confirm payment. Review the course, currency and final total on the payment page. Do not proceed if the payment page describes a different item or an unexpected recurring charge. A course is not ordered merely by visiting the checkout-loading page.
04. External payments
Payments take place on a separate payment provider’s website. Available payment methods and payment-processing terms are shown there. Roroqevantrix does not collect or store full payment card details through this website. An empty or unavailable checkout link means online ordering for that course is not currently available. The free course has no purchase price and must not require a paid subscription or a charge.
05. Digital delivery
After a paid order is confirmed, we send the course materials or a download link to the email supplied with the order within two business days, meaning Monday to Friday excluding public holidays observed by the seller. If the payment page does not collect your email, contact us with your receipt and delivery email. If delivery is late, the link fails or files are unreadable, contact us so we can provide the materials again or resolve the issue under the refund policy. Free-material requests are handled through the route shown on the course page.
06. Personal use and intellectual property
A purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use the supplied materials for your own study. You may retain a personal copy and your own completed worksheets. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or present the materials as your own. Uses permitted by mandatory law remain permitted. Contact us before sharing course files with a team or classroom.
07. Responsible use and limitations
Use examples only in fictional exercises, systems you own or environments where you have explicit authorization. The materials are educational and do not constitute an audit, certification, legal advice or an assurance that a system is secure. Learning depends on prior knowledge, practice and context. No employment, earnings or particular performance outcome is promised.
08. Cancellation, refunds and problems
Our 30-day refund policy explains how to cancel or request a refund. Rights concerning missing, defective or misdescribed digital content remain available under applicable law. Liability is not excluded where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
09. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the website. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. The version supplied or made available at the time of purchase applies to that order. Contact us through the Contact page with questions or complaints. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
